safe has four difficulty levels. Each level consists of five exercise videos for you to follow along with. Always begin with the warmup video to stretch your muscles and get ready to go.

For best results, start at Level 1. It should take you about 25 to 30 minutes to complete a level.

Don’t be discouraged if you can’t finish an entire level at first. As you get stronger, safe gets easier. Once you feel you’ve mastered a level, you can move on to the next one.
